🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy – PowerBanks.ie

At PowerBanks.ie, we want you to shop with confidence. Our goal is to provide quality power banks and accessories with a simple, transparent returns process.

🇮🇪 Ireland (Domestic Orders)

• You have 31 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Returns are accepted if your item is:

  • Unopened and unused (in original packaging), or

  • Damaged / faulty on arrival.

🇪🇺 EU & 🇬🇧 UK Orders

EU/UK  customers have 14 days from delivery to return an item.

• If the product is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

• For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

🇺🇸 USA, 🇨🇦 Canada & 🌍 Rest of World

Due to high international logistics costs, we only accept returns for items that are faulty or damaged.
Non-faulty international returns are not available at this time.

🔁 How to Request a Return

1. Email us at hello@powerbanks.ie with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement promptly.

💳 Refunds

• • Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–5 working days after inspection for processing, and up to 10 days for your bank to complete the transfer.

📦 Return Shipping Costs

• If the item is faulty or damaged, we cover the return shipping.

• If returning an unopened, unwanted item (Ireland only), the customer is responsible for the return postage.
