Returns and refunds

  • Products should be purchased only through powerbanks.ie., and not from any other retailer, whether online or offline.

    - Return requests should be submitted within 30 days from the day of delivery. We are only able to provide a refund or exchange for products within the 30-day refund period. - It must be cleaned before returning the damaged product to its original packaging. - The product should be unopened, with tags attached, and the packaging should be in good condition. It should be delivered together with the items. - All merchandise must be received within 3 days of purchase and remain in the same condition. - During sales, specific rules will be enforced for the arrival of sale items. - If we deliver an incorrect product, we will accept the refund.

  • If you do not receive your package and are unable to track it, please email us so we can provide you with the correct information. We will address such issues thoroughly and take the necessary steps to resolve them.

  • Refunds eligible:

    - Damage or missing parts. - Return of eligible products purchased by the buyer. - Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return delivery cost will not be deducted. - Items sold on sale will not be refundable. - Refunds are only paid to your bank account.

  • Refund Timelines:

    We generally initiate eligible refunds within 14 days of receiving the item in our warehouse.

  • Notice:

    Since items appear online in different screen resolutions, the delivered product's colours, names, or designs might differ from those shown. Customers are asked to review all information and disclaimers on the product page before placing an order.
